Affiliate Terms and Conditions

These Affiliate Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation as an Affiliate on the platform provided by Partanen Consulting Group (“we”, “us”, or “our”) at www.partanenconsulting.com (“Website”).

By registering and submitting leads through your affiliate dashboard, you agree to these Terms.

1. Role of the Affiliate

As an Affiliate, your role is to refer potential clients by submitting valid lead information through the form in your private dashboard.

You are not authorized to:

  • Make offers or represent Partanen Consulting Group contractually;
  • Share internal pricing, proposal structures, or service guarantees;
  • Publicly promote us using paid ads, spam, or misrepresentative methods.

2. Lead Submission

You may submit leads via the dedicated affiliate form, which must include all required fields.

All leads must be:

  • Genuine and consented to be referred
  • New to Partanen Consulting Group (not already registered or in negotiation)
  • Submitted by you personally (no third-party aggregators)

3. Lead Approval and Qualification

We reserve the right to:

  • Accept or reject any submitted lead
  • Verify if a lead already exists in our system
  • Decline leads that are incomplete, invalid, or submitted without consent

Only approved and converted leads (i.e., those resulting in signed consultant contracts or retained recruitment agreements) will count toward affiliate compensation.

4. Affiliate Rewards and Payouts

You will receive commission or reward only for qualified leads that result in a paid engagement. The structure will be:

  • A fixed reward or percentage per closed deal (defined in your affiliate onboarding)
  • Paid monthly after the successful completion of the transaction and any payment hold period

Rewards are paid via bank transfer or another agreed method, and only when your affiliate profile includes complete and accurate payout information.

We do not pay:

  • For unqualified leads
  • For no-shows or rejected applications
  • For duplicate submissions

5. Affiliate Conduct

You agree to:

  • Only submit leads you personally sourced
  • Not misrepresent our services or make unapproved claims
  • Respect privacy laws (e.g., GDPR) and only submit leads with permission
  • Keep your login credentials secure

We may remove you from the program without notice for:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Misuse of the platform
  • Breach of these terms

6. Confidentiality

You agree not to disclose any internal materials, pricing, documents, or strategies provided to you as part of your affiliate role.

7. Relationship

This agreement does not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship. You are an independent party referring customer leads for potential compensation.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by written notice. Upon termination:

  • You will no longer have access to your dashboard
  • No new commissions will be earned
  • Any outstanding qualified leads will be evaluated and paid per usual terms

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Missed commissions due to technical failures or incorrect lead information
  • Delays or failures in closing leads
  • Any indirect or consequential damages

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Finland, and any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Finnish courts.

11. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or within your affiliate dashboard.
